Payment Policy


*All payments are due when services are rendered. You will be billed the morning of your clean please pay when your cleaning girl/crew arrives to avoid a late fee 24 hrs later of $15. Should you become 7 days late, there will be a $15 re-billing fee and a $25 late fee. Should you become 14 days late there will be an additional $25 late fee. And services will be suspended until payment has been made in full.  30 days overdue invoices will be turned over to collections, unless prior arrangements have been made.


•If you are a move out/in cleaning, you will be billed the morning prior to arrival.  Payment is due immediately upon arrival of cleaning crew. Should you not pay upon arrival they will be instructed to move onto their next job until payment is made. 

Should you have questions or concerns please send all correspondence through the office. Crew members cannot make any decisions to date changes or rescheduling or accept payment. Tips are welcome. Please do not discuss any business matters with your cleaning crew or anything relating to Macy's Cleaning and you as our client.

**Cleanings are by appointment only.
​**If we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there will be a $50 fee. 
**There will be a $50 cancellation fee for appointments not canceled within 24 hours prior to appointment.
**Clients are required to move any furniture necessary. Additionally, the moving of furniture cannot interfere with our efficiency and timing. 
**All blinds must be removed by client ahead of time. We do NOT reinstall blinds after cleaning.
**Macy's Cleaning Services is not responsible for any damage imposed on blinds during removal or replacement.
